Our story
As yoga teachers and daily journalers, we have long been captured by the mindful ritual of writing. It requires you to slow down, step outside of the busyness of life, and explore your emotions in a judgment-free space.
We designed this journal to help you find joy in the ritual of daily writing. The joy of feeling the cover in your hands, opening a fresh page, putting pen to paper, and finding gratitude in the shape of your words. Allow yourself to be present, release expectations, and let every new page unfold as a fresh canvas for inspiration, ready for whatever comes your way.
